Developing and gaining, self-awareness, strength, flexibility, mobility as well as essential life needs to support body and mind. This is a fun invigorating acrobat class with boundless energy, where we learn to focus and achieve! Come as you are a beginner through advanced. Our workshops are mindful of human science while developing physical and mental self for well-being. Educational Movement for optimal health! We are eager to work with our Acrobats at East Brainerd!
