Hello, My name is Heather Mitchell and I am the creator/developer/owner of Freely Move and Loud and Proud Acrobats. I have been led to where I am and am thankful for the life I live!

For me, focused movement started as a gymnast at age 5, and never stopped, just changed. I ended my gymnastics career in the SEC, at Auburn University. I continued to work out/move/dance through college studying Human Science at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Imaging humans is an incredibly awesome career! To me, imaging is a display of human art. Capturing images to visualize anatomy, to be able to identify healthy/normal vs. unhealthy/abnormal, was the center of my career. Our bodies are remarkably made and work nonstop to provide life! Movement is a key ingredient to well-being. Freely Move is a passion of careers put together to allow optimal growth of self.

I enjoy dancing, moving, and flipping through my life and I am passionate about living with well-being.   I was led to start Loud and Proud Acrobats in 2016 and the journey of the teaching movement began. Our acrobats are truly remarkable with their achievements at such a young age. We are thankful for each acrobat we have and have had. I invite you to Freely Move yourself, to develop your well-being. Your body requires essential needs to be well and I am excited to introduce workshops that give the opportunity for you to focus your mind, move your body, and know yourself on a deeper level.
